	Ocean West's New Acquisition: 12555 Jefferson - Playa Vista, West Los Angeles LOS ANGELES, CA June 17, 2013 – Downtown L.A. real estate firm Ocean West Capital Partners bought the 89,000-square-foot complex at 12555 Jefferson Blvd. from Dallas developer Lincoln Property Co. and a partner this month.

 

 

	Ocean West Makes Another Successful Exit: Westbay Apartments - Costa Mesa, California COSTA MESA, CA January 1, 2013 – A partnership of the Praedium Group and Ocean West Capital Partners said it has completed the sale of the eightproperty Westbay Portfolio of 295 apartment units for $59.3 million, cashing in more than $12 million profit (25% IRR) after a three-year hold.

Tribeca West is an eight building, 151,029 square foot, Class A office campus located at 12233 Olympic Boulevard in West Los Angeles. Acquisition financing was provided by Cantor Fitzgerald and arranged by Eastdil Secured.

 

	Acquisition of WestBay Apartments LOS ANGELES-Santa Monica-based Ocean West Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of an eight-building 295-unit apartment portfolio in Costa Mesa, CA.
