Choi focuses on Financial Analysis, Valuation, Due Diligence, and Analytics.
Prior to joining Ocean West, Choi was the Vice President at Maguire Investments where he was responsible for reviewing and analyzing new acquisitions, dispositions, and financing projects. In this role, he participated in various investment activities ranging from portfolio acquisition, joint venture structuring, and financing of various types of commercial real estate assets. Previously, Choi was the head of debt analytics for Eastdil Secured.
